Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days. An accurate estimate of delivery times is displayed during checkout.
Standard Shipping for UK, CA, AU: Delivered within 1-3 business days. An accurate estimate of delivery times is displayed during checkout.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, orders arrive within 7-21 business days.
Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available for the US, UK, CA, and AU.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Orders

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package’s status through Amazon's tracking portal or your local courier service.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at help@underwateraudio.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
Cost of shipping returns will not be covered by Underwater Audio.

Return Policy

If you need to return your product, you can send it back for a full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you have used your Underwater Audio product, it is covered by the Underwater Audio warranty against manufacturer’s defects. You cannot return a used, operational product for a full refund. Cost of shipping returns will not be covered by Underwater Audio.
If a return of an international purchase is required, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Underwater Audio and additional customs and/or duties. Underwater Audio will be responsible for shipping the replacement product back to the customer.
