If you need to return your product, you can send it back unopened for a full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you have used your Underwater Audio product, it is covered by the Underwater Audio warranty against manufacturer’s defects. You cannot return a used, operational product for a full refund. Cost of shipping returns will not be covered by Underwater Audio.

If a return of an international purchase is required, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Underwater Audio and additional customs and/or duties. Underwater Audio will be responsible for shipping the replacement product back to the customer.
