However, please note that, as outlined in our Policies and Warranty, Underwater Audio does not cover the cost of return shipping.
To ensure a faster replacement process, please follow the instructions below:
Pack
- - Package your return in a padded envelope, do not use a plain or non-padded envelope.
- - Only include your device and USB charging cable within your shipment.
Ship
- - Obtain a package tracking number from your carrier, if you do not obtain a tracking number we will not be able to replace your device.

Submit
Please fill out the Google Form below. Ensure you have a valid tracking number as we will not be able to process your replacement if the tracking number is invalid. Ensure to click submit on the Google Form.
