If you need to return your product, you can return it for a full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you have used your Underwater Audio device (Delphin, SYRYN, or Swimbuds Bone Conduction), it is covered by the Underwater Audio one-year warranty.
The cost of shipping returns will not be covered by Underwater Audio.
If you are returning a waterproof player bundle, please include all headphones and accessories to avoid processing delays and to ensure a full refund.
