Charge Your Delphin Before First Use:

Using the charging cable included in the box to plug your Delphin into a USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter.

Once your Delphin is fully charged, turn it on to begin the setup. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your Delphin to your home wifi network and choose which apps you would like to install.

Don’t worry if you’re not sure about an app, you can always choose to install it later within the Help App.

Once you’ve completed the Delphin setup, it’s time to start signing into apps. Open the desired apps and use your account credentials to sign in, just like you would on your phone.

It is normal for your Delphin battery to drain more quickly during set up and to produce more heat than normal, simply plug it in if you are running low.

Downloading Music for Offline Use:

The Delphin is designed to be set up at home and is not intended to be connected to the WiFi while swimming. If you are using a streaming service such as Spotify or Pandora etc, you must have a Premium account to download your music and playlists for offline listening.

Due to the frequency of WiFi, it cannot reliably pass through the water to be able to stream your music live. For this reason, the Delphin comes with either 8 GB or 16 GB of internal memory so that you may download songs for offline listening through your premium streaming services. You may download music for offline usage on your Delphin apps the same way you would on your phone.

Common Mistakes on using DELPHIN

Common Mistakes When Using Delphin:

Make sure that your Delphin wifi is turned off before you start swimming. Even if your music is downloaded your Delphin may still try to stream over wifi for the best quality, but it may cause interruptions while swimming.

To turn off wifi:

- - - - • Tap on the Wifi Symbol at the top of your Delphin Home Screen.
  - • Toggle the switch at the top of the screen next to “Use Wi-Fi”.
  - • Wifi will now be toggled off and you will still have access to your downloaded music.

Rinse and Fully Dry Delphin Before Charging:

A common mistake that can lead to damage is to not take proper care of your Delphin.

Make sure that you remove the Swimbuds from your Delphin and thoroughly rinse your device right after swimming.

Gently tap any excess water out of the headphone jack onto a towel, then dry the rest of your Delphin.

Wait at lease 4 hours before recharging your Delphin.

Charging your Delphin while there is even a little bit of moisture can cause permanent damage.

Upgrade to a Premium Streaming Service:

While apps like Spotify, Pandora, and Amazon Music let you stream music with a free account, they will not let you download music for offline listening. To use any streaming service while you swim, it will need to be a paid premium subscription so that your music can be downloaded.

Periodically Connect to Wifi:

Connect to wifi and open your streaming app at home at least once every 30 days. If you fail to connect to wifi periodically, you will temporarily lose access to your downloaded content until you reconnect. This is a practice put in place by streaming service providers to verify that you are still paying for your premium subscription.
